Nutrition: The aim of chef cook Marius Ackermann is to combine food with pleasure. The coordinated diet plan is based on TCM and envisages a natural, rich nutrition at midday and noon to support the body`s self cleaning abilities. The detoxification process is additionally supported by a tea treatment made from Chinese herbs.

Movement and stress reduction: Medical Qi Gong exercises in the morning and relaxation exercises by Jacobsen in the evening support the success of the detox. You don’t need any previous knowledge. The exercises can be integrated in your everyday life at home. Meanwhile you have enough time to relax in the bath house and enjoy various saunas. The aim is to increase flexibility and to relieve stress.

TCM Therapies: A combination of massage, lymphatic drainage, packages for hands and feet and most important: acupuncture. It helps the body to balance out again. Every stitch starts up the metabolic processes and activates the body’s own wound healing. Special anti-wrinkle acupuncture techniques let small wrinkles disappear, reduce deep wrinkles and overall improve the skins texture.
