New Life Portugal is a residential retreat where daily mindfulness and a connection with nature form an integral part of their healing programs. You’ll enjoy one-on-one sessions with counsellors, life coaches, meditation and yoga teachers, and personal trainers, plus a huge range of group classes and activities in a stunning natural setting.
There are three programs to choose from, including the Reconnect & Heal program, with counselling and group therapy, the Relax & Discover program for reducing stress, as well as the Reset & Rejuvenate program for rest and relaxation. Developed by a psychologist, and drawing on the science behind mindfulness, healing and recovery, New Life Portugal offers a holistic approach to burnout, stress, grief, loneliness, depression, and addiction, and creates a welcoming space for personal growth and self-development.

New Life Portugal is located in the stunning Serra Da Estrela Natural Park, Portugal’s oldest and largest conservation area, so it’s the perfect place to reconnect with the natural world. Explore the mountains, forests, wildflower meadows and lakes, or simply swim in the pool, which is heated year-round. The resort is dedicated to supporting biodiversity through a program of restoring indigenous trees and plants.
