F.R.I.E.D.A. was founded by Nicole and Friedrich Alexander Willing in Bad Salzuflen, Germany.

For many years, Nicole has worked as a kinesiologist to help people regain balance on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. 80% of sleep problems are due to stress in various areas of life and kinesiology can trace the causes of the problem and gently resolve then.

Alex has been in the sleep and sleep systems business for more than 30 years. He has counseled hundreds of clients with sleep problems. He loves to get in touch with these people and to work together with them in order to find the best solution for each individual.

Utilizing their different skills, Nicole and Alex have developed the holistic sleep concept “Discover your own sleep” to balance body, mind and soul.
