Wyda Retreat – »Yoga of the Celts« with Elisabeth Dellasega at FORESTIS.
The millennia-old meditation culture of our Celtic ancestors resembles yoga as the European answer to the Far Eastern yoga tradition. The practice comes from the Celtic druids and is exercised in nature. It targets to bring body and mind into harmony and stay fit while aging. Moreover, Wyda calms the spirit and teaches mindfulness, intuition, and concentration, and harmonizes the flow of energy. For the program, the hotel recommends bringing comfortable clothing, rain protection, sun protection, mountain boots, thick socks, a drinking bottle, writing materials, a beeswax candle and a fist-sized, round stone from nature.
In case of poor weather conditions, the hotel will ensure to bring nature into the room by providing flowers, dolomite stones, and water as amplifiers.
Infos about the teacher: Elisabeth Dellasega is a Dipl. TCM-Tuina Therapist, Qigong teaching coach & meditation leader. The retreat is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
