This Yoga Retreat with Kat Swenson at ECO Hotel Saltus offers you an intense yoga retreat with at least two daily yoga sessions.
You will start the day with a joyful flow morning practice and get familiar with the alignments of the Anusara principles. The evening practices will be slower and sweeter and you can focus on yourself, there is time to pause and feel and lastely to reflect everything.

- From 3 PM: arrival & check in
- 5 PM – 6:30 PM: Yoga Practice
- From 7 PM: Dinner
- In the evening: Social gathering or individual activities
Friday
- 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Yoga Practice
- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Breakfast
- During the day: Hiking, Trips, Relaxation & Wellness at the Hotel
- 5 PM – 6:30 PM: Yoga Practice
- From 7 PM: Dinner
- In the evening: Social gathering or individual activities
Saturday
- 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Yoga Practice
- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Breakfast
- During the day: Hiking, Trips, Relaxation & Wellness at the Hotel
- No Yoga Practice in the evening
- From 7 PM: Dinner
- In the evening: Social gathering or individual activities
