2-Days Detoxifying Program

The 2-Days Detoxifying Program at Almar Giardino di Costanza Resort, inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, works from the outside in to rid your body of toxins and energy blockages, allowing you to rediscover a new sense of freedom. It is an ingenious combination of face and body treatments with seaweed and Dead Sea mud, traditional acupuncture point stimulation with moxibustion heat therapy, and detoxifying energy massage that acts on the liver and kidney energy meridians for an enhanced sense of inner balance.

This program includes private “Stretching of the Meridians”-lessons in the morning – on the beach, weather permitting – and three daily revitalizing herbal teas made from dandelion, nettle and goldenrod (Solidago Virgaurea) for a purifying action.
