2-Days Immune System Program

The 2-Days Immune System Program at Almar Giardino di Costanza Resort is specifically designed to reactivate the body’s defenses, rebalance the entire organism and restore energy thanks to a special selection of massages and treatments.

Traditional Chinese Medicine includes many treatments, massages, and ancient healing practices that stimulate the meridian points of the large intestine and the stomach in order to reactivate the body’s own defense mechanism. Almar’s specialized therapists support you on strengthening and boosting this mechanism through targeted massages. In fact, a healthy body has a natural defense system capable of defending the body against countless viruses and bacteria.
