2-Days Regenerating Program

Almar Giardino di Constanza’s 2-Days Regenerating Program guides you through several steps of inner and outer self regeneration, each step aligned with a specific goal. The program begins by purifying the body and illuminating the face, setting the stage for the embrace of a new surge of energy. This includes three daily revitalizing herbal teas made from goldenrod (Solidago Virgaurea), angelica and horsetail (Equisetum) for a remineralizing and purifying action.

Techniques passed down from the ancient traditions of Chinese Medicine, including moxibustion and energetic massages, work in harmony to ignite new energy. Harmony is then restored through the application of acupressure techniques of foot reflexology and further elevated by the insights of a Tai Chi lesson.

To embark on this transformative Regenerating Program, a minimum stay of three nights is required.
