The Optimal Health Package by Castel Fragsburg offers you six treatments to benefit your health and make you feel more relaxed and recovered.

The effective, natural essences harmoniously complement the carefully arranged treatments. Each treatment, each elixir is individually selected according to your needs and wishes, in order to emphasize and accentuate your beauty and to infuse you with a feeling of wellbeing. Four application rooms with natural daylight, where natural essences unfold their effect, are available for you.

Optimal Health Package – inclusions:

• Full body scrub (30min)
• Wooden hot tub in panoramic lodge (45min)
• Healing foot care treatment (50min)
• Deep tissue massage with St.John’s wort oil (60min)
• Detox massage (50min)
• “Salt Shirt” and alkaline body wrap (45min)

As an optional treatment is recommended to add the “Biophilia Experience with Medicinewalk”, which takes 4 hours. The Medicinewalk is a vision walk, an ancient and proven tool to receive clues and answers from the mirror of nature.

Please note that overnight stays can be booked in addition to this package. The overnight rates with breakfast start at USD 592.- in a double room.
