Preventive Health Program

This Preventive Health Program is held at the Farm at San Benito which is a medical healing resort immersed in tropical nature. Moreover, the magnificent eco resort offers comprehensive, science-based programs based on five healing components. Those include: holistic integrative medical services; nurturing spa treatments and hydrotherapy water wellness; plant-based vegan cuisine; mindful movement and functional fitness; as well as a healing environment and heartfelt service.

During the current times, taking care of our health is most important. And the Preventive Health Program focusses on supporting the immune system to prevent health issues. The Program is supervised by licenced medical doctors and nurses.
