Synergy – The Retreat Show, a three days program from 7th – 10th October 2025 in Sardinia, is designed to unite everyone from luxury properties and industry experts to practitioners including yoga instructors and fitness coaches – as well as luxury travel designers looking for the next experiential wellness escape.

Synergy retreat curated by experts is to give Synergy attendees the chance to delve deeper into themselves and discover the exciting potential of wellness travel through workshops, activities, and experiential learning, providing insights to the entrepreneurs with wellness and travel industry leaders, all seeking new connections to help create a truly successful, sustainable retreat business.

The 2025 show will take place at Is Molas Resort in Pula, on the south of the island. Situated in the midst of the island’s breathtaking landscape and surrounded by the sea, Is Molas offers a true Mediterranean experience and immerses guests in nature and its healing powers.

Since last year Synergy attendees have the opportunity to attend the Synergy Immersions, starting their Synergy journey a few days earlier with a specially designed retreat for industry professionals, expertly curated to help delve deeper into the exciting potential of wellness travel. Dates for the 2025 Immersions are yet to be announced. But the core of the immersions retreat remains the same: to provide attendees with the chance to delve deeper into themselves and discover the exciting potential of wellness travel through workshops, activities, and experiential learning: the perfect way to prepare for a show totally dedicated to wellness travel and the retreat industry.
