Healing Hotels offers three virtual retreats
Interactive sessions to feature leading international masters
Cologne, Germany, September 1, 2020 -- Healing Hotels of the World is offering three interactive virtual retreat sessions featuring internationally recognized masters in healing and bodywork.
The Transition Sessions feature a theme of ‘From Confusion to Clarity,’ and will take place on Saturday, September 12; Saturday, September 26; and Saturday, October 10, each from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm EST, and are designed to address various impacts – mental, physical and spiritual – which have arisen due to the impact of the worldwide pandemic.

Hotel Bad Schoergau joins Healing Hotels of the World
Family-run Alpine hotel has its own medicinal spring
Cologne, Germany, August 13, 2020 -- Hotel Bad Schoergau, an intimate family-run hotel in the Italian Alps, has become the latest resort to join Healing Hotels of the World. Set in the Sarentino Valley in the heart of South Tyrol, Hotel Bad Schoergau has just 22 rooms and suites, making a stay there feel like staying with friends: owners Gregor and Mattia are your hosts, and their staff are warm, hospitable and enthusiastic.
Fed by its own medicinal spring, which has been celebrated for its healing waters since 1533, Hotel Bad Schoergau combines traditional healing treatments such as wooden farmer’s baths with locally sourced natural ingredients.

Annual two-day conference to take place in Portugal next May
Cologne, Germany, July 30, 2020 -- Due to the continuing Covid-19 crisis, Healing Hotels of the World has announced the postponement of its annual HEALING SUMMIT from October 2020 to May 2021.The HEALING SUMMIT will still be held at the beautiful Pine Cliffs Resort on Portugal’s Algarve Coast, and will now take place from May 11-12, 2021. Those who have already signed up for the event will automatically have their registration and hotel accommodations switched to those dates, with no additional fees. “We have been keeping a keen eye on the global pandemic situation, and as much as we wished and hoped that it would be safe to gather together this October as planned, we agree that it just doesn’t make sense to do so,” says Elisabeth Ixmeier, co-founder of the HEALING SUMMIT. An initiative of the Healing Hotels of the World, the HEALING SUMMIT brings togetherindividuals who are drawn to collaborate, raise awareness and inspire change.
Healing Hotels of the World hosts free 45-minutes Master Class

Cologne, Germany, July 2, 2020 -- Healing Hotels of the World is continuing its online healing programming during the COVID-19 pandemic with a new Master Class inviting two of the most well-respected women in the healing and wellbeing industry.
Sarah Livia Brightwood, President of Rancho La Puerta in Mexico, and Dr. Marian Alonzo, Medical Chief at the The Farm at San Benito in the Philippines, will share their wisdom during the 45-minute session. Both Rancho La Puerta and The Farm at San Benito are members of Healing Hotels of the World, and the two women will detail what a typical healing guest journey looks like, explain what constitutes a healing journey at each of the locations, and discuss what guests need and want right now when it comes to healing.

ECO Hotel Saltus joins Healing Hotels of the World

Dolomites retreat offers healing through nature
Cologne, Germany, February 4, 2020 -- A new hotel set to open in May in the mountains of South Tyrol, Italy will be the newest member of the Healing Hotels of the World.
FORESTIS is located 1,800 meters above sea level near Brixen in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Dolomites. The main building was built in the early 20th century by architect Otto Wagner, who designed it for the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. Three contemporary wooden towers complete the overall architectural impression. Today, the hotel is protected as a historic monument, and the clean air, exceptionally pure water, wild forests, and a sunny Alpine climate that first drew Wagner to the location still make it an ideal location for healing.
