La Fuga, short for Laboratory for Future Gastronomy, takes you on a journey through the world of natural food, shaped by your hosts Gregor and Mattia. The concept of La Fuga describes how they see the world of gastronomy in the future. A research laboratory, so to speak, for food, drink, spa and the hotel industry. Translated La Fuga means “to run away”. All specifications are left behind and ideas are implemented freely.
3-Days Of Food Experience – inclusions:
