Fed by its own medicinal spring, Hotel Bad Schoergau has been celebrated for its healing waters since 1533. Today it combines traditional treatments and ingredients (wooden farmer’s baths, their own spring water, locally-sourced natural ingredients) with modern therapies and technology.
Treatments include hydrotherapy, massage and beauty treatments, using local ingredients, as well as the holistic and highly effective cosmetics by TREHS and Philip Martin’s. A very special food philosophy rounds up the deeply healing experience. The concept of La Fuga, short for Laboratory for Future Gastronomy, takes you on a journey through the world of natural food, shaped by your host Gregor and chef Mattia.

Hotel Bad Schoergau combines local woods and materials with contemporary architecture to create a serene, restful, clean-lined space filled with timber accents. With only 22 rooms and suites, staying at this family-owned and -run hotel is like staying with friends: the owners are your hosts, and their staff are warm, hospitable and enthusiastic.
You can also use the hotel as a base for alpine hikes, staying in mountain hiker’s huts, then return for an exceptional meal and a relaxing massage.
