The aim of this Active-Fitness program at Ananda In The Himalayas is to improve your fitness level. In the beginning of this program, we will discuss and talk about personal goals and expectations. Pre-existing medical conditions are always taken into account before starting this program. A high variety of individual sessions is offered. The combination of 4 hours of training a day, diet planning and nutrition consultation will lead to a deeper understanding of where your body might need improvement.
