Fertility Enhancement

Ananda in the Himalayas Fertility Enhancement program is a unique blend of ancient and modern healing methods suitable for both couples and individuals who want to prepare for a healthy conception and pregnancy. It uses Vajikarna, an Ayurvedic science of fertility, to improve the quality and vitality of your reproductive essence.

The program aims to cleanse the body of toxins, balance the hormones, improve the metabolism, and nourish the reproductive seed or shukra dhatu. It includes guidance on diet, lifestyle, and emotional well-being from expert consultants and therapists.

The Fertility Enhancement program is a 14-day journey of natural and holistic procreation and 21 days for clinical cases.

Fertility Enhancement – Inclusions (for 14 days) :

• Pre- arrival consultation with a Wellness Consultant
• Pre-arrival diet recommendations and lifestyle guidelines
• Consultations with Lead Consultant/s for your program – on arrival, ongoing progress checks, debrief prior to departure, and post stay follow up consultation
• Ananda Wellness meals (breakfast/ lunch/ dinner) as per guidance of the Lead Consultant
• 22 x Ayurveda, cleansing, oriental and emotional healing therapies
• 9 x Pre-stay Diagnostics, Ayurveda Consultation, Consultation with Physiotherapist, Consultation with Emotional Healer, Interim Assessments, Pre-Departure Briefing, Post stay follow up
• 6 x Personal Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation sessions
• Access to scheduled wellness activities: Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Vedanta talks, Fitness, Weekly Cooking demonstrations, and weekly treks
• Daily use of the Hydrotherapy facilities: Steam, Sauna, Chill Plunge Pool, and Kneipp Hydrotherapy Foot Bath
