The AyurDetox – short cleansing in the European Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof stretches over 4 nights and includes 3 treatment days. Different treatments allow the purification and detoxification of the body.

• Consultation and pulse diagnosis
• Consultation (30 mins) focusing on integrating the principles in daily life
• Upana (Alpine salt and oil scrub to release stressful energy and strengthen the immune system)
• Udvartana (herbal powder massage)
• Abhyanga (Ayurvedic full body oil massage)
• Udanavata©  (abdominal massage)
• Shirodhara (flowing oil treatment)
• Virechana (day of purification)
• Weekly program of Yoga and meditation
• Herbs for the duration of your stay
• Hot water and ginger drinking treatment
• Use of the Ayurveda Spa

This program requires a minimum stay of 4 nights.
