The Holistic Detox retreat by Ananda in the Himalayas aims to flush out toxins from the channels in your body through various Ayurvedic cleansing methods. Those methods include Sneha Vasand Nasyam, Aromatherapy Massage and Aroma Cocoon. The Asanas and breathwork in Yoga release the physical as well as psychic blockages. Treatments such as Abhyanga, Choornaswedana, Reflexology Aromaerapy and Facials along with intense Yogic relaxation such as Yoga Nidra helps in post care and recuperaon.

This comprehensive detox program helps to achieve an increased level of energy, better focus and concentration, improved digestion and absorption of nutrients, better immunity as well as stamina and glowing skin.
