Magnificent 1-bedroom Komala Villas overlooking the Northern hinterland of Gaia. Fusing indoor and outdoor living areas, the Komala Villas offer tranquil seclusion, a large private deck, daybed cabana, heated saltwater infinity plunge pool, private treatment area, double shower bathroom and a luxurious reclining bath.
For unparalleled indulgence and the ultimate time out, the spacious two bedrooms Komala Luxe Villa is boasting a separate living area with fireplace, two bathrooms, a luxurious bath and a generous outdoor reclining area and cabana with heated private swimming pool.

Endeavours to always use Australian eco-friendly cleaning products and ensure the recycling of waste, as well as initiatives such as composting, rainwater use with advanced filtration systems, and an integrated pest management program.
Consciously minimises any use of single-use plastic at the retreat, with sustainable options always implemented where possible.
Is aligned with the ‘Rainforest Rescue Regeneration Scheme’ and has implemented plantings of over 4000 trees to ensure healthy Australian native vegetation on the property.
